Challenging every artificial barrier will mean that one will be more capable of coming up with unconventional ideas, those are the ideas that change the world. Change is something that we all desperately need. Those women are discovering their potential and helping others discover theirs, may their rekindled passion retain its vigor. This is what we truly need, new ideas.
