El Dorado was a legendary city of exuberant wealth and at which gold and golden stones were very abundant, it bacame the holy grail of the European explorers afterwards.
I love the idea of this gallery, it combines Beatrix' golden hair, golden lips, and some golden body paint with a myth of a golden city, something that I really appreciate as it's quite innovative. The gallery isn't that explicit as well. It's like combining the idea of a woman whose face will certainly launch a thousand ships with a city that launched a thousand ships in the past few centuries.

We all love sets which are featuring nude women communicating with mother nature. The outdoor setting, away from the claustrophobic studio settings, sure adds a sense of freedom and a great spirit to the galleries.
I have also realized that I have always been liking Alan Anar's galleries without really noticing it. I have no idea why I don't have him on my mental photograsphers toplist even though some of his galleries are amongst me favorite galleries. I sure like his style of photography and the general spirit of his galleries. I hope that you like his works as well.

I was just listening to a song by the German band Regicide called "Nothing In Here", The song is mainly dealing with the superficial values of our modern world which basically want women to look the same; skinny with tons of make-up on, but how does this relate to Graceful Nudes?
Some people may call me superficial when I mention that a certain model is beautiful without even getting to know her, some people may comment on the fact that I don't include pictures of women who are overweight. A simple reply may be, We have the right to appreciate outer beauty, however this kind of appreciation becomes obnoxious in real life only when this is the only thing you appreciate about a certain person, you should appreciate their personalities, their beliefs, and theirselves. These are the important things.
I don't include pictures of overweight models because I don't want to promote the health dangers associated with obesity.
Anyway, I just wanted to express a part of my philosophy regarding my choice of galleries to feature.

This is the fine art photography of one of the European masters and indeed one of my favorite photographers. When you consider the quality of the images in this gallery you will understand why I chose every image. It was indeed a very hard task as all of his images are very beautiful.

I have written a lot about how nude images should be, but I have just realized that I have never defined the meaning of Graceful Nudes to you, I believe I will leave this task to you while you inspect the galleries that I am adding.

Good art is priceless, there are a lot of things about artistic images which make them very attractive and arousing to one's psyche, and there's nothing like nude art, in which the female form, nature's biggest gifts, is featured in an exquisite and creative way.
The thing about Gabriele Rigon's works which make them very attractive is the way with which the beauty of the model and the moment in general is caught. You never feel that he's disrespectful to the models and you can never doubt the quality of any of his images. Picking out the preview images for this gallery was indeed a very difficult task as every image is as beautiful and as inspiring as the rest of the images in the gallery.
