There are a lot of things that I hate about Richard Murrian's website, the most apparent of them being the very erotic display of most of his new sets, which only serves to fulfill the demands of his visitors without caring about the models or the fact that the emotions displayed in those sets are fake ones. I don't seem to understand why a female putting a finger in her mouth and acting like she's a model in a heavily sexual perfume commercial is found attractive by some visitors, I have rarely seen a woman acting in that way in real life and I certainly don't like that kind of emotions.
My current definition of art is that it's a display of the familiar in a beautiful not-so-familiar way; id est showing the beauty of the nude human body that our brain is used to discarding in real life. Apparently, erotica isn't a familiar subject in real life, and that makes it a tasteless form of art, for it doesn't express a point of view or conform to my current definition. That's enough to make me lose some of my respect for an artist, as succumbing to monetary pressure is a weakness.
However, as with many other artists he manages to produce a good set once in a while, and this collection of images seems to represent one of them. It has those obnoxious erotic elements in a couple of pictures, but it's not a bad set once you get past that.
It's an aesthetically satisfactory set to an extent, but it definitely doesn't compete with the artistic images that are found elsewhere. I won't buy a membership there anytime soon, and I don't recommend buying one unless you love fake erotica or have enough patience to hunt for treasures(which are there once you look close enough, but aren't that common).
I just hope that you'll be able to find some beauty in this set.

I have talked a lot about Murrian's great style of photography and his techniques, however, little did I say about his ability to renew and innovate. This doesn't mean that he has to make the model wear funny clothes or go to strange places, it can be as simple as using the typical photography settings, a normal camera, and the same lighting techniques yet being able to keep the viewer excited and filling his soul with suspense, making the viewer want more, and giving him the ability to inspect every small detail and to live the moment as if s/he were there. This is a clear sign of mastery of the world of nude photography while concentrating on the quality rather than concentrating on the quantity, a gallery which consists of 30 graceful nude images can be much more spiritually fulfilling than a gallery which has 130 repeated images.
I can't undermine the role of the model as well in the production of each gallery, it's the model who creates the moment and makes you able to see it very clearly. It's not just the photographer, or her beauty, it's her attitude about what she's doing. I believe that a model who's not self-confident and who doesn't believe in what she's doing can never be the star of a wonderful gallery because her anxiety will be transmitted in every picture. Model's aren't the photographer's lay figures, they are artists in their own beings.
I hope that you will like this very tasteful gallery of Michaela by Richard Murrian.
Enjoy!

There's good news and bad news. The good news is that you can enjoy this wonderful gallery from the website of Richard Murrian featuring the super beautiful and innocent Michaela, the bad news is, I can't host any galleries from m-u-s-e on GN again. The problem is that apparently some people caused troubles for the models in their home countries, therefore the access to the galleries will be regulated based on the country from which you are coming.
I don't know why people always want to fight beauty, really, what's so wrong about nudity?, what's so wrong about being pure?, what's so wrong about showing your beauty to the world?...I can't seem to find the answers to those questions. Nudity in its purest form is never evil, otherwise, all newborns are sinners.
I just see demagogues everywhere, people who want to rise to power by enforcing and exploiting some prevalent stereotypes. Politicians seem to find great enjoyment and great support whenever they bash nudity and just pass some degrading remarks regarding the women who pose nude for the camera.
This is unfair, truly unfair. Let's get rid of our nudophobia and direct our actions towards the alleviation of hunger and ending the wars which are rising everywhere instead on focusing on natural things and just enjoy the self-righteousness of saying "Hey, I didn't do like those naked *****", those ladies are human beings who deserve to live, love, and to lead a satisfying life. They didn't sin or do anything wrong.
OK, I just felt like steaming that one off.
I truly hope that you enjoy this gallery and please, whenever someone mentions nudity next time try to defend it.
