This is the second gallery from the wonderful American model Liz Ashley to appear on GN. Also from Morey Studio.
Morey's sharp style is very clear in this gallery. Liz looks alluring with minimal props and make-up. He has a great way of adding glamor into the world of erotica while creating artistic nudes in the process. It's a very unique mix. His works with Liz Ashley strongly remind me of Courbet's L'Origine du monde. It's not the visible pubic hair, but it's a striking simplicity and artistic vision, a reverence for the beauty of female genitalia.
I know that this is not the typical GN style of galleries. I do find that approach admirable, and that's why I think that featuring it is worthwhile.
Another new gallery from a website that I haven't visited in a while. In times like these, when trash is the norm, it pays to visit one of those hidden 'oases' looking for some beautiful nudes. I think that my quest has somewhat succeeded as I found a couple of galleries that I fell in love with at Grace And Beauty.
I think that there are a couple of things that make Grace And Beauty special; the fact that almost every model comes from the U.S. and a certain retro good-old-days sort of feeling that permeates some of the images. The photography is often simple, and the models are often just relaxing or having fun, there aren't a lot of professional poses with the exception of a few galleries, which include this one.
It somehow reminds me of Abby Winters, but I feel that it fits more into the simple nudes category. The entire website feels somewhat informal, almost as if it a diary of a photographer who shares his passion for photography, beauty, and the amazing personalities of his models with the world. It's almost strange that you have to pay, but with the fact that models charge for their time, it isn't a real surprise.
I initially found it a bit confusing moving around the website, but I got used to it after a while. They have an amusing sex-in-the-news section in there, along with some written erotica. They do have some freebies, but I am not that sure about how great the stories are. The images on the tour are indeed fantastic.

This gallery perfectly illustrates what I meant in my last post from Morey Studio. Liz Ashley is a famous American model whose pictures can be found in a lot of places, including Playboy and Penthouse, but her pictures from those other places are remarkably different from those shown here. They're remarkable artificial and Liz looks much less charming than she looks here with Morey's striking simplicity.
First, there is no commodification and she clearly is not treated like an object. Her pubic hair and her genitalia are not props. When she's standing there with her legs slightly apart she's the one in control, she's the one showing her body, and she's the one who's not ashamed of her femininity or of herself. There's a great sense of empowerment in those "explicit" images that you can see in this gallery. This is not an exception, for the images are very artistic and the focus is not without a deep meaning. You can not see a part of her body without seeing her face and her expressions.
She looks very powerful and confident in every picture, and that's what makes this set that amazing and Morey's works that special. I hope that you will see the same forces that I saw when I chose those images.
This is another part of the American nudes series from David Nudes. Those seem to be more pictures from the Utah set featuring Tatyana, another part was posted here before.
The images are just as beautiful and the scenery as breathtaking. It's the second gallery with beautiful American nudes for today and another one is still on the way.
There are many special things about the artwork of Craig Morey. He's the photographer behind most of the images (trash?) at LSG, but he still manages to make most of those sets more presentable and actually quite artistic on his own website. I think that it's a story of how corporate mentality can damage perfect beauty.
I admit that his sets are quite explicit, but - I can't believe I am saying this - they're not vulgar. Yes, you can see the model's vulva, but there's nothing shameful about it. There's no unnecessary attention. Actually, there's some sort of a very personal feminine pride in those images, and I have to salute him and his models for it.
He apparently really likes simplicity, and I quite like his style myself. I think that most of his American sets look better than those shot in Prague or London. Most of his American models look like real girls who are very brave. I will be publishing another gallery of his with a different model soon and you will see what I mean.
American nudes can just be as good as those produced anywhere else. There's no shortage of photographers, talent, or equipment. I just don't really know what's wrong. Maybe it's the general attitude about nudity. Let's just hope that a day will come when Janet Jackson or any other celebrity can be willingly nude on TV without anyone complaining about it.
Tatyana poses near a castle in Sicily. While I have grown accustomed to expecting nudes shot in the United States from David-Nudes, this one still isn't disappointing. It's just as beautiful. Shot near the ruins of an old castle in Italy, it follows the theme of nudity and ruins, but it's executed very well.
The great things about that theme is that it shows nature's reclaiming some man-made structures. It's a transposition of the young and the old. The contrast can create wonderful results when it's executed well, as in this gallery. Tatyana's grace allow her to blend in with the scene, but her beauty is hard to miss.

This is another gallery from David-Nudes' USA tour, featuring his charming wife and muse Tatyana. In a very brave gallery shot on the snow, without any boots.
The United States is full of beauty, both natural and human. There is beauty in the cities - skyscrapers bearing witness to mankind's ingenuity, the desert - as Tatyana's last gallery in the Utah desert clearly testifies, and beautiful intelligent women who help shape the future of a wonderful nation through their everyday work.
It takes a certain vision to make Tatyana's beauty blend in with such a harsh environment and to bring out the best that such a wonderful location has to offer. It also takes a certain amount of courage to agree to do such a wonderful set, the kind of courage that sets Tatyana apart, and makes her even more beautiful.

David Weisenbarger is featuring a series of beautiful nudes shot in the U.S., mostly featuring American models, on his website David-Nudes. I have to admit that the quality of some of his photographs do indeed surpass all of my expectations.
It's also saddening that genuine American nudes featuring beautiful models have rarely made it to the light. They are always either confined to obscure art galleries, or are simply non-existent. Most of the tasteful nudes here on GN come from Europe. There are many stereotypes about American models and locations, but David proves them wrong.
The scenery is simply amazing and Tatyana, his wife and his muse, is a wonderful lady who's full of energy and whose poses are full of human ambition. She makes those pictures whole with her simple presence. I think that she is the perfect model at such a remarkable place.
Nature is beautiful. There's some sort of peace that we have whenever we go into the great outdoors to inspect the natural wonders of the world. There's a certain sense of awe that we have whenever we walk through a quiet forest or just have some solitary moments on the top of a mountain.
However, this beauty should never distract us from our own beauty. I think this is why all those outdoor sets are that amazing, we get to remember that our beauty is just as great, and that its combination with nature reminds us of how wonderful our conquering of nature is, and may serve as a reminder to how beautiful it will be when we co-exist with nature, this almost serves as a vision of a world of true beauty. A world of tranquility and of a self-confident thinking humanity.
It's amazing what a person can do when he is inspired by the beauty of nude bodies, especially when that person isn't lead by any monetary incentive. This gallery is a demonstration what a man who creates art just for the sake of art can do.
Chris Graves is a photographer who "pursues photography solely for art"
. This simple statement clarifies his simply style and beautiful images. There aren't hundreds of unrelated images there, just the beautiful ones. The main force behind his creativity is his passion and appreciation of beauty, this is an example of a successful man who still dedicates some time for beauty.
His images include the ordinary artistic poses that most photographers have on their websites, but he has proved to be a truly talented photographer by producing some unique beautiful images. "Graves will spend weeks preparing for a shoot by finding the perfect space. Not one for the studio, he opts instead for the atmosphere of existing locations.", this quote from his biography page explains why his photographs are that beautiful. He uses the lighting efficiently and captures the beauty of his models in a simple way, often combining them with their environment. Showing how intertwined natural beauty and nature are.
