Human greatness has been manifested throughout modern and even ancient history through sculptures and paintings of the human form. Gods and Goddesses often appeared nude or semi-nude. Our nudity and the shapes of our bodies have always fascinated us as a species. The representation ranges from crude cave paintings to the complex nudes of today. Toplessness and nudity were the norm in many societies. The paintings of the Ancient Egyptians had many topless females, it's similar for the Minoans, even the accounts of the first encounters with Australian aborigines are full of women and men roaming freely au naturale.
The modern concept of body shame is therefore very perplexing. Was it Victorian up-tightness that made clothes so important? Was it the poverty that preceded the mass-production of modern apparel that made clothes a sign of wealth? It is indeed a very interesting thing trying to consider all the causes that led to modern attitudes towards nudity and the female nude. Body shame is clearly not a sign of being civilized, the ancient civilizations embraced nudity. Also, in modern nations with strong cultural influence and highly-civilized attitudes - mainly Germany and Scandinavia - nudity is no longer taboo. Actresses commonly appear nude, and it has nothing to do with attracting an audience or appealing to the lowest common denominator. I personally think that nudity is abstract for those who can appreciate it, and basic when people can't - Dwayne Bell's mirror effect. By preventing people from seeing the bigger meaning and leaving them entrapped to basic sexual associations then we are actually curbing their power to imagine and to aspire to a higher moral ground. To see what's beyond the obvious.
This particular set reminded me of that awe, that powerful inspiration of the human form, and the hope that it offers. The hope without which we are lost.

Anyone who has been a fan of Corinna probably remembers the sensational Pier photo shoot - Choose FEMJOY from the left menu and go to the last page (page 12). It arguably is one of the most popular shots on FEMJOY and it has been one of the hallmarks of FEMJOY's main page for a long time. They tried to do it again, and they set Stefan Soell to the task of recreating more images that look similar, he did so, but was he successful? I don't really think so.
While the images clearly resemble those of the first pier set, something is definitely missing. Corinna is as sweet and as charming as she has always been, but something is missing. I think that it's Stefan Soell's fault, he just no longer is the same. The set feels like it has been forcibly churned out of a machine, not the slow and deliberate creative work of an artist. Sure, the new set looks beautiful, and Corinna still looks charming, but I don't find the high regard that he had for female beauty permeating his pictures, not anymore.
What's the point of creating an exact photo shoot? It just the same old commercialism that kills the spirit of an artist - the masses loved it, they're sure to love it again.
Anyway, the pictures still make for a wonderful reminder of the great masterpieces that once adorned the pages of FEMJOY, and that hopefully will adorn it again sometime in the future.

There is a universal human language. It doesn't matter if you're stranded in a foreign country without knowing a local word, people will still know that you're in distress without you having to say a word. This is also true of the presence of a universal human beauty, a beauty that is in all of us, but that is clearly manifest in all of Nikkala's pictures. It takes time and patience to master one's own beauty, and it takes a great soul in order to be able to inspire others by it. This is why I know that most of the models that appear here on GN are beautiful, and this is why I am sure that Nikkala is a very special person in real life.
Take a look at her Page 3 (page3.com) pictures - she's currently on the front page - and make a simple comparison. Despite all the horrible make up she still retains her beauty and offers something that transcends all the silly make up and props, she offers a glimpse of the ultimate human beauty. A beauty of self-achievement and self-respect, a beauty of being able to be the mistress of her own self.
That beauty shines in all those BodyInMind pictures more than the pictures available anywhere else, and the reason is simple, simplicity. Dwayne Bell knows what human beauty is and he knows that it doesn't need any silly props - there are a few exceptions, some of his new galleries have such strange props - so he doesn't ask for any. There recently was a set called Take 5, in which the natural spontaneous beauty of the model resulted in a photo shoot more beautiful than the intended one. This is one of the things that I like about BodyInMind, their understanding and respect for human beauty. Few people are brave enough to acknowledge the importance of beauty in our lives, and even fewer people are brave enough to admit it and to present that beauty to the world.
I do feel lucky that I have the privilege of giving the gift of beauty to the world. Giving away something that can actually make a difference.
As Dwayne always says: Think beautiful!

It has been a long time since I last paid Erotic Destinations a visit. The rate of updates seemed to be too slow, but now they have another surge of updates, so it was time for me to pay them a visit.
It's one of the few websites which manage to remain faithful to their original message. Erotic Destinations has always been about traveling to exotic locations with very beautiful models and making beautiful photographs, usually without all the unnecessary elements of erotica.
You can expect to see a couple of more galleries from there here on GN if they keep updating their website.

It takes a lot of skill to be a photographer. You need to know a lot about lighting, photography techniques, have a vision to present, and most of all, to know how to bring out the best of your subjects. In the case of nude photography, this means bringing out the model's hidden beauty in addition to her visible one.
Based on this definition, I can claim that David Allio is a great photographer, apart from the fact that he has been taking pictures for about 40 years and has received many awards, his works clearly show a mastery of the visual and a unique vision.
I really like pictures that show the subtle curves of the body, the "landscape" of our physical existence, the landscape that can almost resembles our planet.
There is a great human diversity in nudes that promotes tolerance. There also is the unique anatomy that represents the unmistakable human qualities that are a part of our beauty, and the beauty of humanity.
That's how art can be a window to the soul, you can learn a lot about humanity and life through a simple piece of art, art is the creation of the human mind, and our minds are our most previous possessions. It's seeing the world from a different perspective, a perspective of a person with a different vision, a perspective that can make you more aware of things that you simply didn't seem to notice.
Who knows, maybe you will learn a thing or two by looking at those American nudes. I certainly did.

I think that humanity will really progress once nudity is accepted everywhere, when self-awareness and self-acceptance are going to encouraged and appreciated, and when we're able to get over body shame and to accept our sexuality.
We don't need clothes to prove that we're different from all the other species. What makes us different is our volition and reasoning abilities. Those evolutionary advantages were never a permit for us to destroy the world, we only destroy everything when we stop thinking.
We need to accept sexuality and nudity as facts of life, to see them and appreciate them for what they represent. Our anatomy is unique, it is distinctly human, and so is body expression; the art of dancing and ballet. Sexuality is an art form, our courtship rituals are very unique. The social bonds that sexuality forms may not be unique to us, but I can argue that we do it better than any other species by channeling it through culture and even art.
In my opinion, humanity wastes a lot of time on irrelevant superfluous details. I think that it's about time we start thinking about what our universal message is and to move forward. This is more important than fashion standards or dress codes. It's our minds that make the difference at the end of the day, and that's the reason we are the dominant species. The presence or lack of clothes don't make us special or less civilized, nudes have always been at the zenith of civilization, that's because they represent who we are, they represent one of our unique abilities, which is the ability to create and enjoy art. Nudes have always adorned cave and temple walls, they have always been a source of inspiration for us, and they're going to continue being an inspiration for humanity in the future, but I truly hope that we will be able to accept that inspiration.

Anya is one of the few models who have complete control over their beauty. She always looks very graceful in all of her images, whether she's completely nudes, partially clothed, or completely clothed - the MPLStudios postcard series. I have seen her images many times at many different websites, but she always managed to keep her charm and her grace in every set. Whether it's at Domai or any of the many websites with Russian models, she always was the same beautiful woman that she truly is.
Photographers certainly have a role, but it's the model who inspires and helps in the creation of great art. Anya is one of the very special models who have been able to always help the photographers she's posed for create wonderful images.
She represents the vision of a young woman who appears to be in control of her life, destiny, and even how others see her.
I certainly hope that she will allow us to be inspired by her beauty for many years to come.

This is a preview of four of Domai's models who will grace the pages of the members area of Domai over the following couple of weeks.

A personal vision of paradise is that of a tropical sunny beach that's full of tranquility. A getaway from concrete jungles with all of their pollution and crowds.
I think that what makes those getaways attractive is the harmony of colors, the fact that they offer a chance to relax and enjoy life in a semi-hedonistic way.
We can create our own paradise in the middle of our modern jungles. We can recreate the harmony of color, and if we're hard-working and good enough we may even have a person next to us, as beautiful as Sasha, helping us making it complete. All it takes is hard work and a bit of ingenuity.
Paradise doesn't have to be that far away, not when you believe and do something about all that you find ugly. By making the world a better place for yourself, you're helping in making it a better place for everyone else.
Meanwhile, Sasha is and will continue to provide the inspiration, the vision of a pristine paradise where honesty, in the form of nudity, prevails.

Tatyana poses near a castle in Sicily. While I have grown accustomed to expecting nudes shot in the United States from David-Nudes, this one still isn't disappointing. It's just as beautiful. Shot near the ruins of an old castle in Italy, it follows the theme of nudity and ruins, but it's executed very well.
The great things about that theme is that it shows nature's reclaiming some man-made structures. It's a transposition of the young and the old. The contrast can create wonderful results when it's executed well, as in this gallery. Tatyana's grace allow her to blend in with the scene, but her beauty is hard to miss.
I hope that you'll enjoy this gallery from David-Nudes.
