We often forget that the intentions of the person behind the camera often influence his/her pictures. A picture is supposed to represent the photographer's view of a certain scene. Different people see different things in the same place, the processing done by the brain is influenced by past experiences. This means that a picture is much more than a display of a certain location and certain elements; it offers a glimpse into the photographer's mind.
This is why through the works of Viktoria Sun I have come to respect her. Apart from occasional lapses of quality her pictures are very simple and beautiful, and are never sexual, even when she takes a close-up. Her intention clearly is to capture the beauty that she sees and not the shallow sexuality that others want to see.
This is the case with this set, it comes from Amour Angels, a website mainly with "teen" sets, but they sometimes feature a good set or two. Her works stand out there, with all of the beauty they offer and their simple non-sexual nudes.
There's one thing of sure, a lot of her works will stay in my memory for a long time, and won't cease to inspire and guide me.

Viktoria Sun is one of the few photographers who are really able to produce tasteful non-sexual nudes. I have seen some of her galleries and they all show that she has a remarkable ability of capturing the beauty of her models in a non-sexual graceful way without turning the nudity of her models into something sexual. She also has her special touch and her beautiful locations that make her galleries truly outstanding.
By analyzing the elements in this gallery it really becomes obvious to me why she's on the list of my favorite photographers: Marianna is always smiling(and it's a genuine smile), she seems to be having fun there without being nervous, and I haven't felt that she was telling Marianna to make any artificial poses. It looks to me as if she has told Marianna to just enjoy her nude freedom in that beautiful location and then took the time to show us how inspiring her tasteful nudes can be.
The more I see of her galleries the more I really admire Viktoria Sun and her style. It's really an unfortunate thing that there aren't a lot of photographers like her in this world.

Life is full of beauty. Beauty is everywhere around us, it's used by the marketers to influence our choices, it's used by the media to increase the audience, and it's used by artists to captivate us. However, as civilization was developing beauty values did change, especially in our modern industrial societies.
Beauty shifted from what's natural into what's synthetic. Supermodels who are supposed to be beauty icons are either very underweight or deprived of food. The average weight of 150 pounds became a nightmare, now the desired weight was 90 pounds or even less. Which isn't always a healthy sign.
With all of that chaos about what beauty is supposed to be like we did start to forget about the true beauty of simplicity without all of the unnecessary extra details. It's the beauty of a woman the way she is, and not the way she is supposed to be in a non-existent world.
That's one of the reasons I appreciate the galleries of women in nature, it's how we were like before civilization. Freely roaming the meadows and fields without any anxieties, dears, or restraints. I am not saying that we should revert back to the hunter-gatherer lifestyle; I am just saying that these simple settings in a gallery remind us of the lifestyle of the past and the beauty of the wilderness.

I love outdoor nudes, but who doesn't?. This exact type of nude galleries can carry a lot of meanings, but most of the outdoor nudes galleries that are around these days either have too many erotic elements or play on the theme of "nudity in public". I have nothing against public nudity, but it's hard to produce real art in a very crowded room. I believe that it sometimes may make the models feel uncomfortable, especially when she sees those raised eyebrows.
The main element that I love to find in an outdoor gallery is a sense of seclusion and unity with nature that the model may feel, it is the responsibility of the photographer to capture the emotions of his models and to deliver them to the viewer. An image without emotions is just a cheap pornographic image that is not worthy of seeing.
The main thing that I liked about this gallery was that it contains the two elements that I have mentioned above and a lot of aesthetically pleasing elements that did make it an outstanding gallery.

Perfect, that's the right adjective to describe this gallery. Not only did Sofranova capture Lili's magnificent beauty correctly, she also could produce a wonderful set out of it. I can think of very few sets from which I have chosen so many images.
The perfection in this gallery is probably due to the fact that Sofranova is a female photographer who wasn't very interested in showing the vulva of Lili, she was really interested in capturing the grace of the female form and that's the reason she has produced such a wonderful gallery.
It's the first gallery in a long time to inspire me that much.

I love the galleries which resemble a certain mythology or remind you of a certain story. I don't know why, while I am quite sure that Valya is an Eastern European woman I had the impression that I was looking at a living version of a Norse mythology featuring a beautiful Scandinavian woman. Maybe it was the sun rays which were reflecting off Valya's hair as if it were a flowing golden river, maybe it's the forest. I am not sure, but I am sure of one thing, this gallery does look magical.

I always have a tendency to only add the best images to a gallery, you know, I have always suffered from those images which completely spoil a gallery. That's why some galleries here may not have a lot of images, but there's one thing you can expect when you click each link, which is that I have done my best to choose the best images from that gallery. That's why I have always said that I handpick each and every image I add to graceful nudes, I believe that this is what gives you a truly unique experience being here.
Masha(aka Lizel A (Met-Art) and Conny at FEMJOY) has a wonderful collaboration with Georg Shoes, they have produced a lot of beautiful galleries together and I am pretty sure that she has grown very comfortable dealing with him. Just look at the images and you will realize that she is truly having fun and that she's not just there because she had an appointment with the photographer on that day, the model's desire of being there can add a great atmosphere to every image.
I like the galleries that are inspired by classical mythology, I don't know whether this was the original intention of Georg Shoes when he choose that location, but it seems to me that the name of the gallery "wood nymph" matches the gallery quite well.
I have always imagined a wood nymph as a beautiful, pure, and carefree being. She loves nature and she is inspired by her, she doesn't like the elements brought by mankind and civilization which destroy her beautiful home. She doesn't want to die and that's why she hates the cutting down of the trees (each hamadryads' life was associated with a tree, if the tree dies the hamadryad dies). She loves the purity of nature and she fights everything that hates it.
Trying to link an imaginary picture in my mind to a certain gallery is a part of why I enjoy nudes, not because they're nudes, but because they remind me of certain moments in my life that I truly cherish, they give me hope of a better world where purity (nudity is a pure state of being) prevails and selfishness perishes.

Masha sure adds a lot of things to this gallery. The railway may be a symbol of the combination of the modern world and nature or it can be a symbol of a goal that she's seeking. I am not sure about what this gallery is supposed to mean, but I certainly am sure about its beauty.
Every gallery from Amour Angels has a certain flavor, it's something that I am not quite used to, it's like a combination of simple nudes, super nudes, erotica, and art. The result is often breathtaking.

It's hard not to fall in love with Nusia's simple and pure beauty when you see her images. I have only seen her at Amour Angels so far, and this is the second gallery featuring here that I am putting on Graceful Nudes. The time of the ladies. This gallery reminds me of the upper class ladies of old England with all of their majesty, grace, and most of all their innocence. Those are the ladies for which knights have died and gentlemen spent sleepless hours.
Nusia's innocence was effectively captured by Eric Grass who did a wonderful job with this gallery. It's the first gallery which features this idea. Innovative galleries are always appreciated.
Speaking of the grace of the ladies, Nusia has that majestic look in her clear blue eyes and the ultimate innocence in her facial expressions. She indeed was the right model for this gallery.
